Metal Slug X game full version download
A sales flyer for Metal Slug X, a remake of this game.

A revised version of Metal Slug 2, titled Metal Slug X, was released on March 1999 for the Neo Geo MVS. It fixed problems with slowdown present in Metal Slug 2, and increased the difficulty. Metal Slug X also introduced a few new elements to the Metal Slug 2 game system. New weapons and items were added, such as the "Iron Lizard" and the "Drop Shot". The enemy placement and bosses were re-arranged as well.

Differences from Metal Slug 2

* Much of the music has been slightly remixed or altered.
* Many stages had the time of day changed. Instead of being simply at day or at night, the stages can take place at dusk, twilight, or sunset.
* It is now possible for the player character to become fat by collecting food items in every stage after Mission 2, while it was previously only possible in Mission 4.
* There is less slowdown than in Metal Slug 2.
* All levels contain an increased enemy count and changed enemy placement as well as enemy characters themselves being changed, including altered boss placement.
* Vehicle types and locations are usually changed.
* There are generally more power ups, prisoners, and items (particularly food), which are often hidden and must be shot to obtain.
* Many environmental elements have altered reactions to being shot, such as exploding with unexpected results or randomly spewing out items or enemies.
* Heavier damage versions are available for the heavy machine gun, flameshot, shotgun, laser rifle, and rocket launcher. When compared with their normal counterparts, each big/super weapon deals more damage, has a more "fierce" appearance, and has a wider (or longer) area of impact. If the player happens to be fat while using these heavier weapons, a new appearance takes on and the player does even more damage.
* Several new weapons were added to the game: Stones, Iron Lizard, Enemy Chaser, Super Grenade, and Drop Shot. A new Metal Slug, the Golden Metal Slug, was added to Mission 3.
* The original art for Metal Slug is shown at the end of the game while the credits are rolling, instead of a black screen used in Metal Slug 2.

Metal Slug X was ported to the Neo Geo AES (May 1999) and the PlayStation (January 2001). The PlayStation version was released in North America and the PAL region by Agetec. The PlayStation version features the same Combat School mode previously featured in the Neo Geo CD versions of the first two games

Attributes: The "powerhouse" of the game, Mess equals to Mike Haggar from Final Fight series. Despite being slow he is the most powerful playable character in the game. His Diving Body Slam is powerful but not so functional, due to his poor jump ability. Players shall make good use of his throws, not only because they are especially powerful, but also to protect himself from enemy attacks, as all characters are invulnerble when performing a throw
Regular enemies

As in a typical beat' em up game, there are nasty enemies to oppose the players, described below.

* Bikers (Gneiss, Ferris and Driver) - the most basic enemies of the game, they are usually dim-witted, attacking mostly with punches, kicks and rarely with a flying kick. They also often drop several firearms when defeated. Gneiss enemies can appear on their "powered-up" motorcycles trying to run over the player. Gneiss wear blue with grey (complete with riding goggles), Ferris wear orange with grey, Driver wear black with green (having more life than his fellow friends).
Alternative names in Japanese version: Risk for Gneiss, Astro for Ferris and D.D. for Driver.

* Midgets (Punk and Thug) - very annoying small enemies. They are somewhat harder to deal with (and thus can be a real pain for most players) due to their smaller stature and bigger aggressiveness. They jump a lot and attack with fast punches and kicks, shoulder butts, jump kicks and even throwing grenades (for Punk) and TNT bundles (for Thug) - which they can drop when killed. Punk wears blue pants while Thug wears pumpkin pants.
Alternative names in Japanese version: Nitro for Punk and Turbo for Thug.

* Knife Men (Blade and Razor) - cruel guys skilled with butchery knives. They can attack both disarmed (with simple punches) and with their trademark knives - which they can use to stab or swipe, execute a jumping downward stab attack, throw them (the player can hit incoming knives to deflect them, thus allowing their use) and use a running swipe attack (which has good priority and shall not be confronted). These guys constantly drop their knives when killed. Blade wears yellow with navy blue and blonde hair, Razor wears lime green with graffiti and tanned skin.
Alternative names in Japanese version: none.

* Fat Guys (Black Elmer, Hammer Terhune and Wrench Terhune (commonly Blk Elmer, Hammer T. and Wrench T.)) - powerful obese enemies that can deal good damage if the player is not careful. These former American football players attack with basic punches and kicks, with addition of running shoulder charges and a painful jumping hip smash. In some occasions they will also disturb sleeping Shivats in order to wake them into rampage. They usually bring food in their pockets and smoke cigars when idle. Blk Elmer wears purple with blue clothing, Hammer T. wears gold with red clothing and Wrench T. wears white with green clothing.
Alternative names in Japanese version: James for Blk Elmer.

* Hunters (Poacher Joe (commonly Poacher J.), Gutter and Skinner) - the Black Marketeer's most favored gunmen, they are responsible for killing and selling dinosaur leather and bones for luxurious collectors at extorsive prices. These guys wear torn-down sweatshirts, near-discolored pants, climbing boots and hunting rifles (though they rarely fire them, and even more rare they drop their rifles when defeated). Their attacks include combos of rifle smacks with kicks, a rolling rifle smash, a hopping kick and the rare rifle shot. Gutter sports yellow sweatshirt, Poacher J has spinach-green and Skinner wears papaya-red.
Alternative names in Japanese version: Saturn for Gutter and Cobra for Skinner.

* Lash Terhune (commonly Lash T.) - tall built guys with leather clothing and a huge steel mace attached to a long rope. Lash T. has basic attacks with knee and his mace, plus a long-range mace fling that deals good damage against any careless victim, friend or foe. He also chews bubblegum after flinging his mace.
Alternative names in Japanese version: none.

* Walther - a minor variant of Vice Terhune (Stage 1 Boss), these guys lead the Black Marketeer's poachers in their incursions for killing dinosaurs. He makes his debut in Stage 3 and appears frequently through the game. This enemy has the same actions and skills of the default first boss, but is incredibly harder to fight. Sometimes, Walther drops his handgun when defeated.
Alternative names in Japanese version: Colt.

* Bludge - this Blanka-looking creature is a human-reptile hybrid created by Dr. Simon Fessenden himself. Being a reptilian, this foe is a formidable combination of strength and agility, possessing other characteristics such as long jumping kick, diving claw slash and acid spits. He can also grab the player with his tongue and slowly drain his/her health unless the player breaks free. Bludge can also eat objects laying on the ground to prevent their further use in battle (however, if he is killed quickly, the object can be recovered from his stomach before digestion).
Alternative names in Japanese version: Phantom.

* Tyrog 2 - just like Walther, this being is a lesser variant of Tyrog (Stage 6 Boss), and is fought only once (in the first scene of Stage 8). This hideous creature combines every action from all of Tyrog's 3 phases. Being a minor-level enemy, Tyrog 2 is easier to kill.
Alternative names in Japanese version: none.
Dinosaurs

Dinosaurs can be neutral or enemies in the game. When neutral they are in green color; when enraged or attacking they turn into red color; when "defeated" they return to green color and stop attacking, thus moving off screen. Having no allegiances, dinosaurs will attack anyone in their vicinity, player or enemy.

* Rock Hopper (commonly R. Hopper) - a kind of velociraptor. He is usually friendly until being attacked, and his claws and teeth are viciously powerful.

* Mack - a triceratops whose only attack is a painful charging headbutt. It's best to beat him when he stops charging.

* Zeke - a pteranodon which only uses airborne attacks fitting to his winged nature. He can be somewhat hard to hit. But, an easy way to spot it is by standing on his shadow, right below him, and strike right as it goes close to the ground.

* Shivat - a Tyrannosaurus-Rex, this 12 feet (3.7 m) behemoth is commonly found sleeping but will wake up in a rampage if disturbed by fat guys hitting him. Shivat has tremendously powerful biting attacks and causes minor ground shakes when walking. It is by far the hardest dinosaur to be calmed down, so players are advised not to let a Shivat being awakened.
Stage bosses

As is customary with beat' em up games, there is a boss at the end of every level. Cadillacs and Dinosaurs has 8 levels and of course 8 different bosses.
Hannah Dundee fights Vice Terhune (along with a Rock Hopper), the first boss of the game.

* Vice Terhune (commonly Vice T.) - the boss of City In The Sea (Level 1)

* The Butcher (Atomic in Japanese version) - the boss of Swamp Forest (Level 2)

* Hogg (Gaspar in Japanese version) - the boss of Hell Road (Level 3)

* Slice - the boss of Jack's Garage (Level 4)

* Morgan / Morgue - the boss of Village Of Flame (Level 5)

* Tyrog - the boss of Jungle and Mine (Level 6)

* Slisaurs - the bosses of The Vault (Level 7), they are "reptilian clones" of Slice (Level 4 Boss)

* Dr. Simon Fessenden - the boss of Deep Deep Down (Level 8)
Weapons are subdivided into 3 distinct classes: melee weapons, throwing weapons and firearms. Melee ones can have their attacks "delayed for extra damage", implying that the longer the player keeps the attack button pressed, the more damage it deals when hitting. Firearms, on the other hand, are mostly limited to their ammunition: when having their ammo fully depleted, they will lay on the ground (with exception of the Bazooka, which disappears right after), waiting for a reload, in which state they can be used as throwing weapons until reloaded (except for Rifle and M-16A1, which will be melee weapons). Bullet boxes will only reload firearms: if there are several firearms scattered around and the player grabs a bullet box, the first firearm picked up right after will be the reloaded one, with full ammo. Throwing weapons usually can be used only once, unless it can be used for melee attacks at close range (like Knife and a broken Rod).

* Firearms
o Pistol - standard firearm which does minimal damage, sometimes dropped by a defeated Walther. It holds 6 bullets.
o Shotgun - a powerful roomsweeper PGS-12-like firearm which can damage multiple enemies if these are "concentrated" within the gun's firing path. It holds 6 cartridges.
o Rifle - a "less-powerful-but-not-worse" variant of Shotgun, it can occur naturally or (very rarely) be dropped by defeated Poacher J. / Gutter / Skinner enemies. When out of ammo, a Rifle will serve as a melee weapon. It holds 6 bullets.
o Uzi - automatic rapid-firing sub-machinegun which can hold up to 48 bullets.
o M-16A1 - a firearm that occurs very rarely in the game. Holds up to 48 bullets just like the Uzi (but its shots are slightly more powerful than the former) and can be used as a melee weapon when out of ammo just like the Rifle.
o Bazooka - the rarest and most powerful weapon of the game. It only holds up 4 shots and vanishes instantly after expending its load, unless it's reloaded before the last shot is expired. The player will gain a Bazooka automatically by choosing to continue after losing his last life. Just like Grenade and TNT (see below), Bazooka shots can disintegrate to pieces enemies with low remaining health.

* Throwing weapons
o Grenade and TNT - very powerful. If used on enemies with low health, they will disintegate into pieces, just like Bazooka shots. These powerful explosives can appear on their own or dropped by defeated Punk / Thug enemies. Grenades can be thrown the same fashion as Stones (see below), and can even hit other enemies who are "horizontally aligned" within its throw trajectory; TNT bundles, on the other hand, can physically bash at enemies' heads before igniting into explosion.
o Barrel - both Steel Barrel (red) and Wood Barrel (brown) can be picked up and thrown at enemies if the player gets close enough to grab and lift it. Barrels usually contain useful items inside.
o TNT Barrel - it looks like a standard Steel Barrel or Wood Barrel, but players can easily distinguish it because of the red flashing on it. Once it is hit by anyone or anything, it starts to ignite and then explodes right a second after, damaging or disintegrating everybody caught in the radius of the blast. Just like default Barrels, TNT Barrels can be picked up and thrown.
o Bucket - a smaller Steel Barrel, it has the same uses of one.
o Stone - a fairly common but the weakest throwing weapon, each one can only be used a single time. It can hit multiple enemies if they are "aligned horizontally" just like the Grenade.
o Knife - for a distance it's a deadly throwing weapon; at close range (when it flashes orange in player's hands) it can be used to stab enemies only once - except fot Hannah, who can stab up to 3 times at melee range. These can be found naturally or dropped by Blade / Razor enemies.

* Melee weapons
o Rod - a purely melee weapon, it breaks in half after 3-5 hits, when it gains all functionalities of a Knife (see above), including Hannah's close-range stabbing ability.
o Torch - another rare weapon, it sets enemies on fire but, unlike Grenade or TNT, it does not disintegrate them in case of low health.
o Club - perhaps the second best weapon found through the game, it's basically like the Torch but without fire. It has the particularity of hitting the same enemy 2-3 times per strike, thus causing better damage.
o Butchery Knives - they only exist during the boss battle with The Butcher in Stage 2, and are melee only, just like Torch and Club. They are the only weapons which never disappear, due to The Butcher's constant use of them

Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 free pc game full version download Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 (GRAW 2) is the sequel to Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter. It expands on the game play of Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter and is the fourth installment in the popular Ghost Recon tactical shooter video game series, published by Ubisoft.

The game takes place in 2013 (although the back of the game's cover says, immediately after the events of Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter (GRAW), just south of the United States border, and deals with the conflict between a Mexican rebel group, Mexican loyalists, and the U.S. Army for a time span of 72 hours. A wide array of location types are included, featuring mountains, small towns, urban environments, and a large hydro-electric dam just north of the U.S.-Mexico border

Xbox 360 and PS3 versions

The game play is similar to the first GRAW, although some new features, like Eternal Eyes, have been added to improve gameplay. This makes the direction of friendly units much more accurate and effective. The squad A.I. is improved, with fewer problems occurring than in the last GRAW. Units will actively seek cover and descriptively call out targets (i.e. "behind the red car", or "under the green roof The game also features Crosscom 2.0
PC version

The PC version gameplay is vastly different from the console iterations, and plays out more similar to the original Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon, taking place from a first-person perspective and requiring the use of advanced tactics, and to some degree micro-managing of team mates. Developed by GRIN Interactive, and built on their proprietary engine called "Diesel 2.0", only a few in-game assets such as voice-overs and Cross-Com and Narcom videos remain the same. The overall story is also the same, but missions play out in a completely different manner. Overall game play has remained largely the same from Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter (PC). The game also features Crosscom 2.0
Crosscom 2.0

Crosscom 2.0 is the latest version of the Crosscom technology that was first featured in Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter.

One significant change is the addition of the improved Crosscom system, a battlefield information interlink between all friendly units, that now allows a full screen view of what any unit is seeing, and the ability to direct their movements from there or tell them to take out a specific target. It also adds many new commands including "Recon" and "Assault" modes. In "Recon" mode the AI will not attack the enemy unless they come under direct fire, which makes it easier to sneak past or set up ambushes for enemies. They will also use suppressed (silenced) weapons when available. The "Assault" mode makes the AI engage at will
Team Selection

In this release, the player can select each NPC to bring along for each mission rather than choosing a preselected team, as in Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter. Choosing the correct teammates plays an important role as certain teammates perform better on certain missions (e.g., choosing the anti-tank gunner to combat enemy armored vehicles). This decision is aided by an Intel screen that gives the player his objective and a rough estimation of the amount of enemies the team will face. Each time a new mission is started or the player regroups with the command vehicles over the course of the mission, the player will receive new Intel and can choose new teammates and rearm. Another feature is that the Riflemen have a different Assault Rifle each
Multiplayer

Unlike the first GRAW, players in the online multiplayer mode can be "downed", or critically injured, instead of killed. This gives teammates the opportunity to heal a downed teammate and prevent the other team from getting the point, although downed players can be shot and killed by players from the opposing team before they are healed. Characters can now "slide" into a crouched position while running, just like in the first GRAW. The ability to use cover like in the singleplayer mode has still not been added to the multiplayer mode. In multiplayer the player can choose from four weapon classes, including Rifleman, Grenadier, Automatic Rifleman, and Marksman. Choosing the rifleman class makes the player more proficient with rifles, the automatic rifleman more proficient with machine guns, and so on. Another new feature added to multiplayer is full-screen cross-com. As in singleplayer mode, the player can hold down the right button and bring up the fullscreen view. This can be used to view friendly players' views as well as the Drone, but cannot be used to give commands or manually fly the drone.

Games are created by Xbox Live and PlayStation Network users and can be up to 16 players, common game types are headquarters 8 v 8 or headquarters 5 v 5 pistols only. Split Screen is available on the console versions, which supports up to four players
Plot

The game begins in Ciudad Juárez, one day after the events of the first GRAW, where rebel activity has caused civil unrest throughout Mexico. Despite the death of Carlos Ontiveros in the first game, the insurgency has continued under the leadership of Juan de la Barrera, even spreading into other Latin American states, including Colombia, Honduras and Panama where rebel forces have effectively shut down the Panama Canal. The Ghosts are sent to Mexico by General Keating to investigate claims that the rebels are in possession of a dirty bomb, as well as prevent the rebellion from directly assaulting US soil. Politically Congress hasn't decided to take full military action against the rebels, so legally the Ghost Team "doesn't exist". Immediately after arriving in Mexico, the Ghosts are put to work destroying a sizable rebel position guarded by two large artillery pieces, enabling additional American forces to reach the main battle-zone. Shortly thereafter, Mitchell aids in an aerial attack against a rebel supply base from Blackhawk 5, annihilating two enemy weapons convoys in the process. The Ghosts also learn that de la Barrera has obtained old Ukrainian Red Star IV nuclear warheads. Combined with several medium-range, Pakistani-built Kashmira-II missiles stolen from cargo ships in the Canal, the rebels now possess the ability to destroy any major city in the United States.

With the WMD threat confirmed, the Ghosts travel to Ciudad Juárez to search for the nukes, and link up with loyalist Mexican Army troopers led by Colonel Jimenez. Aided by Mexican armored vehicles and American fighters, the Ghosts and their allies clear out much of the rebel presence from the city, neutralizing several checkpoints before crushing a rebel stronghold in the local marketplace. As the Mexican troops advance to secure the marketplace, however, an underground explosion rips through the district, killing the loyalist vanguard and flooding the area with deadly radiation. Mitchell's Team gets pinned down by a group of Rebel Tanks and is forced to call in an Air Strike to take them out, effectively destroying the United States' claims to not having any involvement in the conflict between Mexican and Rebels forces. Realizing that the market held one of the missing Red Star IV's and containment was lost, Keating orders a retreat. After linking back up with Jimenez and his soldiers, intelligence arrives suggesting that a local journalist with inside access to the rebel leadership knows the location of the remaining two nukes, and is willing to come forward and assist the Americans. Working with Jimenez's most elite troopers, the Ghosts destroy a series of anti-aircraft batteries and hold off a devastating rebel counterattack, enabling the journalist to be extracted safely, and the information she holds preserved. With all other assets devoted to protecting the reporter, Mitchell and his squad link up with Blackhawk 5 in front of a local church for evacuation.

Disaster strikes when Blackhawk 5 is crippled by enemy RPG fire and brought down, and the Ghosts, now cut off from rescue, are forced to defend themselves against a group of heavily-armed and highly-trained mercenaries assisting the rebels. Barely escaping the immediate warzone via Humvee, the vehicle is hunted down and destroyed by a rebel Havoc helicopter, killing the driver, PFC Provenanzo and incapacitating Mitchell's team members. Mitchell manages to escape aboard Blackhawk 9 with the aid of a Mexican soldier, before providing air support for the American salvage convoy sent to recover Blackhawk 5. Having captured both Lieutenant Rosen (Mitchell's friend and field runner) along with the remains of the helicopter, the rebels attempt to use this victory as a propaganda tool, claiming that the Americans were behind the deaths of the Mexican soldiers killed at the market place. Unfortunately for the rebels, the Ghosts shut down their attempts at media manipulation by destroying the Blackhawk wreckage (removing the evidence of the American loss), before storming a heavily-defended, mercenary-controlled hacienda to rescue Lieutenant Rosen, weathering a powerful reprisal from mercenary reinforcements before they can be extracted.

With the intelligence gathered from both the Mexican journalist and Lieutenant Rosen, the Americans finally have the location of the last two nukes, back in Ciudad Juárez. Destroying additional enemy anti-air defenses around the site, Mitchell leads one team of Ghosts to secure the exterior of the target building while a second unit of Ghosts, led by Derrick Parker, assaults the site directly. As Mitchell and his team bravely battles off a strong force of rebels, Bravo Team secures one of the nuclear weapons, but are stymied by de la Barrera, who escapes with the last warhead. Fighting through a densely-packed urban warzone, often faced with rebel APCs, machine-gun nests and anti-tank units along with the mercenaries, the Ghosts eventually punch through the enemy lines and kill de la Barrera, removing the rebel leadership, but do not find the last nuke. The mercenaries have taken it and intend on using it against the United States in a final act of revenge.

US intelligence finds out that the mercenaries plan to take the nukes to El Paso, Texas, in order to destroy a large dam and the city around it. The dam turns out to be on top of a major American military installation where the mercenaries successfully hacked the US anti-ballistic missile defense grid, leaving the country vulnerable to nuclear attack. Discovering that the nukes are not, in fact, in El Paso, the Ghosts return to Ciudad Juárez, fighting through the last, desperate enemy forces to discover the last warhead has been armed and installed in one of the Khasmira-II missiles. Mitchell and his team end up pinned down on a balcony overlooking the launch site. With little time to spare, and President Ballentine unwilling to destroy the entire city in order to neutralize the threat, the Americans try to use an EMP missile fired by air support to disable the launchers. However, Mitchell and his team are still in range of the blast, and General Keating hesitates on authorizing air support with friendly soldiers in the blast area. Keating tells Mitchell "Son, I can't ask you to do this," but Mitchell says "Sir, it's why you sent me here, you know this is the only way." An American fighter fires the EMP missile, eliminating the threat but catching the Ghosts directly in the blast. The view cuts to Mitchell falling back by the explosion, with faint voices from Mitchell's crosscom. Lieutenant Rosen's Blackhawk can be seen from this view, and while Keating and Rosen plead with him to stay alive, President Ballantine thanks him for saving the nation. Rosen's chopper hovers over Mitchell, Rosen appears on the crosscom saying "Soldier, you're going home" and the game then cuts to the credits.

Mitchell and his team survives, as he leads the JSF Forces in Tom Clancy's EndWar and some of his former team members serve as battalion commanders, which takes place after the events in Advanced Warfighter 2.[5] His survival is also confirmed in another Tom Clancy game, H.A.W.X., where the player provides close air support for Mitchell and his team in several missions seven years after the events of Advanced Warfighter 2

About Driver San Francisco

There was a time way back, when all I heard about was how great Driver was. Friends, magazines and adverts all conspired to show me that I needed to buy this game. So I did. Whilst I wouldn’t say I was disappointed, the game was too damn hard. I was younger back then, and lacked the grit and sheer determination required to fully enjoy the experience. I never even bothered with later games, hearing that they offered little more than failed ambition. Now we have Driver: San Francisco, a game that attempts to bring the series back to its roots. I’ll not hold you in suspense for too long; D:SF does this well, creating a fun and easily accessible cinematic driving experience that sets a really good level of challenge. It’s a well crafted game, but it might not be to everyone’s tastes. Read on for the full low down.
